Mahmudi Media (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request our free playbook, we collect your business name and email address. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, company or website, budget range and message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you choose and any answers you give.
- How you found us. If you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, we record details such as the campaign, keyword and click ID in the link, the first page you landed on, and the referring site, and attach them to any form you submit.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use the Google tag to measure visits and ad performance, and your browser’s local storage to remember whether you have already seen our playbook popup.
How we use it
- To send you the playbook you requested and reply to your inquiries.
- To send occasional marketing emails, which you can stop at any time by replying “unsubscribe”.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in inquiries, so we spend our advertising budget well.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google Ads, including conversion tracking and enhanced conversions. When you submit a form, your email address may be hashed in your browser and shared with Google to help match the submission to an ad click. Who processes your information
We rely on a small number of service providers: Vercel to host this website, Resend to send email and store our contact list, Calendly to schedule calls, and Google for advertising measurement. They process information on our behalf to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and lead information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and for our ongoing business relationship, and delete it when you ask us to, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, reply to any email from us or use the contact form on our homepage.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
